• Authentication / session cookies— set by our authentication provider to keep you securely signed in and to maintain your session as you move between pages. Without these, you could not log in or stay logged in.
• Security cookies— used to protect against fraud and to keep the Platform working reliably.
• Preference cookie— a small flag that remembers you have dismissed the cookie notice, so it does not reappear.
• Analytics cookies— first-party cookies set on club storefronts and on Dokiya’s own pages that remember a random visit id and where you arrived from (for example, a link on a social network), so the store’s creator — or Dokiya, for its own pages — can see which channels bring visitors and sales. They contain no name, email, or other personal details, expire after 30 days, and are never shared across other websites.

2. Why we use them

These cookies are essential to provide the service you request, such as logging in, staying authenticated, and completing checkout. Because they are strictly necessary, they are generally exempt from prior consent requirements, but we disclose them here for transparency.
